On October 30, the key work arrangement and deployment video meeting of MCC and China MCC in the fourth quarter was held in Beijing. Chen Jianguang, Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC, and Chairman of MCC and China MCC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, Yan Aizhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of MCC and China MCC, presided over the meeting, and Zou Hongying, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of MCC and China MCC and Vice President and Chief Accountant of China MCC, and Bai Xiaohu, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of MCC and China MCC and Vice President of China MCC, reported on the relevant work, respectively.
Chen Jianguang briefly reviewed the overall situation of the key work of MCC since the beginning of this year, and made a comprehensive deployment for key work in the fouth quarter. First, strengthen the sense of responsibility and urgency to do a good job in work safety. We should effectively enhance the sense of responsibility to ensure work safety, the sense of urgency to build a solid defense line for work safety, and the power of action to identify hidden dangers. Second, strengthen the ideological awareness, and further enhance the initiative and consciousness in the payment of migrant workers' wages and accounts of small and medium-sized enterprises. We should enhance political stand and strengthen organizational leadership, system construction, responsibility constraints, and positive guidance. Third, strengthen our overall awareness, and work together to create a harmonious and stable situation for complaints and proposals. We should further fulfill leadership responsibilities effectively, strengthen the handling of initial complaints and proposals and the governance of the source of complaints and proposals, and carry out self-inspection work on handling complaints and proposals. Fourth, enhance measures and guarantee, and determined to win the battle against the decreases of "accounts receivables and inventory" and the prevention and control of financial risks. We should promote the debt clearance of the "accounts receivables and inventory" with a more resolute attitude and stricter measures, and strengthen cash flow management with more systematic thinking and sufficient preparation. Fifth, strengthen support and cooperation, and conscientiously accept comprehensive disciplinary inspection by the Central Leading Group for Inspection Work and Audit Department of China Minmetals. We should consciously accept political supervision with a high sense of political responsibility, fully provide support and cooperation with a pragmatic and efficient attitude, attach great importance to the rectification of problems identified by the Central Leading Group for Inspection Work and Audit Department of China Minmetals, and strictly hold accountable in accordance with the law and regulations.
At the meeting, Zou Hongying reported on the "accounts receivables and inventory" and funding situation of MCC, and made arrangements for future work; Bai Xiaohu reported on the work safety, payment of migrant worker wages and funds to small and medium-sized enterprises, and stability maintenance work for complaints and proposals of MCC, and made key arrangements for related work.
